All orders from The Cake Shop the website will be automatically confirmed to you via an email sent to you’re mail account

Please also note that order made through our site will be prepared and sent out to you within a period of 24 hours after placing the order

Birthday Cakes and large orders for parties and occasions will need 2/3 working days to be delivered to you ( For help on this email us on info@thecakeshop.com.kw ) or call us on 66199354 our working hours are from 12 noon - 8 pm Tuesday to Sunday

Once your order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled within the period of 24 hours

If you need further assistance on ordering or any assistence on our products kindly email us on info@thecakeshop.com.kw and we will get back to you within one working hour

We also cater for special occasions for more on this simply contact us on info@thecakeshop.com.kw or call us on and we will get back to you as soon as possible
